Job Readiness Training
Job readiness training will engage participants in class and provide hands on activities that develop their soft skills. These are skills that employers expect workers to have from day one, such as communication skills (interpersonal skills, decision making skills, etc) and is a key component in any employee's success.
The H.S./GED Program will make it possible for participants to earn a high school credential and provide opportunities to pursue higher education, obtain jobs, earn promotions and achieve personal goals.
Life and Employment Coaching
Coaches work with participants to identify their needs and discuss their concerns, whilst offering support to help navigate the participant towards a successful future. Our coaches assist the participant by mentoring them, directing them to needed services and resources, monitoring personal success, and motivating them to make powerful and positive life decisions.
